This Website Analyst role reports to our CRO manager and is responsible for enhancing our conversion rate optimisation strategy across our distribution business. The role will work to set up and maintain conversion funnel reporting using GA and Full Story, as well as reporting on A/B and MVT tests in order to offer actionable recommendations.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation and best practice adoption of GA4, influence business decisions through insightful website analytics, and improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and reduce bounce rates across devices. You will work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing, Product and Tech, and Data and Digital Analytics teams.

About You:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce business
- Strong analytical skills, awareness of key technologies and tools used for Data analysis
- In depth knowledge of GA, UA & GA4 (and GA4 migration)
- Proven track record of delivering initiatives within a CRO team
- Deep understanding and experience of key elements that impact conversion e.g. customer journey management, website personalisation, online merchandising, A/B and multi testing, customer segmentation, basket abandonment analysis, competitors benchmarking, etc.
- Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good at building business relationships internally and externally with partners and suppliers
- Driven and excited to be part of a newly formed CRO team, with the opportunity to influence the strategy and output of the team
- Advanced Google Analytics UA and GA4 experience
- Commercially focused
- Shows a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
