We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to lead the commercial delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health packages on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP services, including HVAC, electrical systems, process plumbing and fire suppression.
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) specific to MEP disciplines from design drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to assess MEP progress and prepare interim valuations.
  • Conduct site measurements, validate subcontractor invoices, and certify payments.
