Digital Business Analyst – Permanent – London (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading retail company. Within the role you will work on technology projects across marketing/CRM, loyalty and promotions.

This is a hybrid role where you will need to travel to their London office 3 days a week.

What you will be doing:

Attend / Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements.
Write comprehensive acceptance criteria and work with wider teams to ensure understanding.
Refine user stories and participate in agile ceremonies as required.
Work closely with Product Owners and cross functional delivery teams to focus on value driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of digital products.
Using data to inform decision making and look for opportunity to optimise CRM performance.

What they are looking for:

Experience working as Business Analyst on digital projects and ideally exposure to either CRM or loyalty
Experience with Salesforce would be highly advantageous
Someone who has worked for a consumer facing organisation within industries such as Retail, Tourism or Hospitality
Experience of working with both waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
