Our client is a specialist contractor operating across the industrial, manufacturing, and data centre sectors, delivering high-quality cladding, fire wall, and roofing solutions for major warehouses, food production facilities, and pharmaceutical environments.

They are currently seeking a Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Manager to join their team in Gloucestershire. This is a key role with responsibility for maintaining and improving safety, quality, and environmental standards across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out site and internal audits across active projects
  • Conducting health and safety inductions for new site operatives
  • Reviewing and approving RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
  • Conducting site walks to ensure safe working environments
  • Liaising with clients to ensure clean and compliant working conditions are maintained
  • Delivering training sessions for internal audit procedures
  • Ensuring continued compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HSQE role within the construction or industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of cladding, fire protection, or roofing project environments
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Willingness to work across multiple project sites (3 days per week), with 2 days at head office
