We are proud to be working with a renowned country pub near Windsor, known for its exceptional seasonal British cuisine and commitment to quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join a talented brigade and play a key role in a thriving, fresh food kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Sous Chef:
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading and mentoring a brigade of 8 chefs
- Preparing high-quality seasonal dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Working with in-house butchery and daily caught fish
- Contributing to menu development with a nose-to-tail approach
- Managing stock, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards
