Our client is looking for a personal assistant to support him both at home and to access the community. Our client is interested in music including playing instruments, cycling, art and nature.
He requires support at home to lift, move and empty boxes due to a recent move and help to maintain his living environment. The ideal candidate will have access to a vehicle to enable our client to visit markets, cafes, musical instrument and record shops and go out for walks.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.
Previous experience/understanding of autism is desirable but not essential as training can be provided, however a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Car driver is desirable including proof of business cover.
The role is for 10.5hrs per week offering £11.44 per hour. You will have access to a workplace pension and 5.6weeks paid holiday entitlement per annum.
