Vale Community Resource Team are an Integrated service run by Vale of Glamorgan Council and Cardiff & The Vale UHB. We provide short-term support and/or therapy to people living in their own homes when they are first discharged from hospital or to prevent hospital admission. Our aim is to maximise a person’s independence.

About the role

Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5-7, £24,790 - £25,584 pro rata, £12.85 - £13.26 per hour plus enhancements

Hours of Work: Various hours available to cover our service up to a maximum of 30 hours per week

Main Place of Work: Various locations across the Vale
