Are you looking for a flexible part-time role where you can make an impact ?We\’re hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our client\’s close-knit distribution team in Sturminster Newton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , with weekly pay and a pay increase upon going permanent .

Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible between 25 to 35 hours per week – ideal for those seeking work-life balance or juggling other commitments.

As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include:

* Picking and packing orders with care and accuracy

* Assisting with stock handling and material movement

* Working independently and collaboratively within a small team

* Keeping your workspace clean and organised

* Some heavy lifting may be involved

As a Warehouse Operative , you\’ll have:

* Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment

* A reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented approach

* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

* Someone who can integrate well into a small team and take initiative when working alone
