Proximity Recruitment are searching for an experienced Project & Marketing Manager to join a well-established, family-run B2B marketing agency delivering high-impact creative, digital, and branding solutions, based in Towcester. With a loyal client base across manufacturing, healthcare, and construction, they combine big agency thinking with a personal touch. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Project & Marketing Manager to bring structure, energy, and commercial focus to the studio and client delivery.
