About the Company We are delighted to be working with an established consumer brand, to recruit a skilled Interim Marketing Director into their team on a maternity leave cover. Description As Interim Marketing Director you’ll be reporting into the CEO and be pivotal in shaping a marketing strategy that both drives short term performance and supports long term brand development and reputation. You’ll be managing and supporting a team of talented marketing heads, Key responsibilities: Developing and refining performance marketing strategies across all channels Driving customer acquisition and increasing retention Supporting and managing team leads Budget management and optimisation with oversight of the full marketing budget Driving a data first approach to budget planning and marketing investments Leading the go-to-market execution of campaigns Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities Experience To be considered for this position, you’ll need to have a proven track record as an Interim Marketing Director, within a retail or consumers goods market. You’ll be experienced in: digital marketing expertise across PPC, social, CRM, email, affiliates, retargeting ideally experience additionally in traditional media channels experienced in brand campaigns and new product launches management of multi channel marketing strategies with budgets of £15mn+ excellent commercial acumen confident and experienced in working cross functionally exceptional leadership and team development skills Remuneration Excellent salary package which can be disclosed when the position is discussed. Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office each week)
