The post holder will work with the Head of Assessment, Principal and Senior Internal Examiners, and Professional Service colleagues. They will also collaborate with the MBBS Programme Lead, Deputy Leads, and the MBBS Heads of Year. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of assessments, collaborating with module leads to ensure curriculum alignment, analyzing assessment data for curriculum improvement and student support, and providing guidance on assessment best practices. The role also involves delivering teaching activities in Anatomy, Biology, Neuroscience, or Physiology. About You Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant medical or healthcare professional education discipline, or relevant professional qualification and experience. Experience in leading assessment activities at year or programme level in healthcare education, strong understanding of assessment principles, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and excellent communication skills are required.
