We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Aftersales Retailer Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with a solid understanding of Stellantis policies, processes, and systems to train and support staff within a Stellantis brand environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with SMEs, system NSCs, and dealership networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on Stellantis Aftersales, Warranty and Technical systems, ensuring understanding and compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Provide expertise in Warranty management and vehicle lookup tools, to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Develop training material in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Support and co-host training sessions, confidently presenting material to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), system owners and NSC staff to gather, update, and share accurate information.
  • Offer tailored support to enhance dealership knowledge and usage of Stellantis tools and systems.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools to prepare and deliver training materials effectively.

Person Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Stellantis Operating Standards, policies, processes, and systems (Aftersales and Warranty).
  • Previous warranty administration experience in a Stellantis brand environment.
  • Competency in vehicle technical infrastructure and utilities.
  • Confidence in delivering or supporting training material as a presenter or co-host.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek out and utilise information from relevant sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Familiarity with Aftersales tools, Workshop Online, eSIGI, ePER and Link Entry utilities.
  • Experience within a multi-branded site adhering to multiple Stellantis mandates.
  • Competency in using Stellantis systems, including Service Box, EPGC / SAGAI, Link Entry, eSIGI / Tempario WEB, Dealer Connect.
  • Confidence to independently present or co-host training sessions.

Salary & Benefits:

Circa £35,000 - £37,000 dependant on experience, Company Car (BIK), 26 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice).

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Place of Work: This is a hybrid role, working from home and the Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry. There will also be regional travel expected with this position, so flexibility is required.

Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.

Employment: The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK (www.calexuk.com).
