We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and commercially minded Partnerships Sales Manager to join a growing, award-winning creative agency. You’ll play a vital role in identifying and converting new business opportunities with exciting brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to grow the agency’s client base, taking a hands-on role in prospecting, building relationships, and shaping tailored outreach strategies. If you’re confident, creative, and hungry to learn, this is an amazing opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Leading new business outreach to brands and agencies on behalf of the production agency.
- Managing outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Creating bespoke outreach strategies and helping shape new business proposals.
- Working closely with the wider team to align on opportunities and creative approaches.
- Supporting the full new business pipeline from initial contact to handover.
- Attending events and meetings to represent the agency and generate leads.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management (agency or creative environment preferred).
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Notion.
- Super organised, self-motivated, and a natural relationship builder.
