Build a brand-new blockchain protocol from the ground up ? Design and implement consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA, or novel alternatives) ? Develop low-level code in Rust, Go, or C++ ? Create tools and APIs to support validators, wallets, and ecosystem developers ? Perform code reviews and contribute to protocol optimisation and security The Person: ? Good years of blockchain development experience, ideally at protocol level ? Strong coding skills in Rust, Go, or C++ ? Deep understanding of distributed systems and consensus design ?
