Job Title: Agricultural Technician
Location: Leyburn
Salary: £45,000 DOE

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment supplied by our sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repair work on agricultural equipment, including chargeable, warranty, and internal jobs
• Accurately complete all job cards and associated documentation
• Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of service
• Attend manufacturer and internal training as required to stay up to date with product knowledge and compliance
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
• Follow health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of safety
• Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team

What My Client is Looking For:

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural or similar machinery
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
