We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller/Health and Safety Representative in Seaham, County Durham. If you are an experienced Document Controller/Health and Safety Representative with a proactive mindset and a structured working approach, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Develop KPIs to improve work and processes
- Support Incident Management System (IMS), schedule safety walks, and manage documentation
- Adapt workforce to tasks and ensure employees receive proper training
- Plan daily activities and optimize workflows
- Continuously improve processes and handle daily documentation
- Apply problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics background within a similar industry
- Highly experienced in processes, documentation, and project work, including turnarounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP) and experienced with KPIs
