Working in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes).

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota).

Circa £36,711 per annum plus van, generous on-call allowance, and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Typical day as a Plasterer:

  • Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach to provide excellent service for our customers.
  • Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
  • Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits to customers’ homes.
  • Work across properties in Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes). All jobs are scheduled for clarity.

You have:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling or relevant experience.
  • Experience as a plasterer within domestic housing.
  • Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your initiative and judgment.
  • A full current driving license, as a company van will be provided for business use and commuting.

Job details:

  • Work Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota on a voluntary basis, with additional generous on-call pay.
  • Work in properties across the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire area. Our office is based in Northampton (Pavillion Drive).
  • Use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
  • A Basic DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
