Are you an experienced Plasterer looking for a new role with a great employer? Join us at Home Group Repairs Partnership and be part of our fantastic repairs and maintenance team. You’ll carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.
Typical day as a Plasterer:
- Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach to provide excellent service for our customers.
- Perform plastering works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
- Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits to customers’ homes.
- Work across properties in Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes). All jobs are scheduled for clarity.
You have:
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling or relevant experience.
- Experience as a plasterer within domestic housing.
- Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
- A flexible approach, able to use your initiative and judgment.
- A full current driving license, as a company van will be provided for business use and commuting.

Job details:
- Work Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota on a voluntary basis, with additional generous on-call pay.
- Work in properties across the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire area. Our office is based in Northampton (Pavillion Drive).
- Use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
- A Basic DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
