Position: Learning Experience Designer (LXD) Contract: Permanent Full Time Location: Hybrid (Belfast Office) Reports to: Director of Digital Learning Seeking a detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our Digital Learning Content Delivery team. Responsible for designing visually engaging digital learning content for technical training programs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to understand learning needs. Design digital learning assets and modules. Adapt technical content for digital delivery. Review content for alignment with learning objectives. Contribute to improving team standards and efficiency. Experience and Skills: Extensive instructional design experience. Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
