CNC Machinists – Setters & Operators WantedLocation: south BuckinghamshireSalary: GBP33,000 – GBP35,000 + 29% Shift Uplift (if working rotating double days)Shifts Available:

• Standard Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45, Friday 08:00-12:00
• Rotating Double Day Shift:
  • Early Shift: 06:00-14:00
  • Late Shift: 14:00-22:00 (weekly rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC milling and turning machines
• Perform deburring and basic finishing work
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Inspect components in line with quality standards and procedures
• Work efficiently within a manufacturing environment

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with CNC machine operation and programming
• Background in manufacturing, ideally aerospace or precision engineering
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work from detailed technical drawings
