Job Description Are you ready to put your leadership and business knowledge to the test in the fashion world and join one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers? We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our client\’s store. As General Manager, we are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work independently. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales through your team Managing the store\’s daily operations while ensuring costs stay within targets Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times Managing, coaching, and motivating the team to meet targets and leading by example The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent leadership skills The ability to drive sales through team management Strong training and development capabilities A desire to grow within our expanding business This position offers an opportunity for aspiring Store Managers to learn and advance to the next level.
