We have an exciting new vacancy for a Commis chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Stockport! The Stockport hotel is a 187-bedroom, situated in a quiet residential district close to Stockport's bustling town centre, with a wide range of shops and entertainment available just a short distance away.

Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus including Hot and cold buffet.
- Managing stock to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Assisting the head chef with preparing and cooking food for our main restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner service.
The successful candidate will have previous kitchen experience. We're seeking an organised, punctual, and motivated individual eager to grow as a chef with the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
