As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will collaborate with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have an exceptional experience. Teamwork is essential! You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service. You should be engaged, purposeful, enthusiastic, and understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against, striving to positively influence these metrics during your shift.

Based at the Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel, you will join a passionate team that values quality over clock-watching.
