Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Managers! Lead the way as a Property Management Manager with the U.K's largest independent property services group. Basic salary range of £32,500 to £43,000 per year, dependent on experience. Up to £7,200 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary). A further £3,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary). Minimum on-target earnings of £43,425. Company car, or a monthly Car Allowance. Fixed working hours (08:30-18:00, Monday to Friday; 09:00-17:00, one in every four Saturdays, with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off as a day in lieu).

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a team of property managers, overseeing our managed portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton
- Leading daily team meetings
- Coaching the team to achieve CSI targets
- Monitoring and assessing individual performance (including one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and risk management
- Conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Handling deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports

- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
