Are you an organised, proactive, and experienced office professional looking for your next challenge in the construction sector? We are seeking a multi-skilled Contracts Assistant to support our growing team in Essex. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a wide range of administrative, compliance, and operational tasks across multiple construction projects.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with previous experience from within the Construction industry who can confidently handle CITB claims, CHAS submission and secure access processes.
Key responsibilities will include:- Process grant claims and maintain accurate training records
- Liaise with CITB and internal teams to ensure compliance
- Prepare and submit applications for Constructionline, CHAS, SMAS etc
- Ensure that documentation is up to date and meets accreditation standards
- Monitor deadlines and maintain compliance across all platforms
- Handle access passes and security clearance for high-profile buildings & sites
- Maintain logs for H & S records, fleet and employee certifications
This is a full-time, office based opportunity.
