About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Onsite Optimisation Team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, have great attention to detail and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be joining the Onsite Optimisation Team who work to optimise the onsite journey to help customers find products and make purchase decisions. Working closely with our Onsite Optimisation Specialists, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance the customer search and category journey, improve product recommendations and manage user generated content. Working to improve category metrics and deliver seamless onsite experiences while supporting business objectives.
You will act as the voice of the customer throughout the lifecycle of a product range, ensuring their needs and behaviours are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the voice of the customer to inform decisions and improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with the Onsite Optimisation Specialist to resolve customer journey challenges and identify opportunities to boost conversion and progression to product.
- Using data insights and user studies to inform and execute onsite improvements.
- Supporting the execution of onsite changes, including attribution reviews, category walkthroughs, and key search word reviews.
- Managing product families, social content rights requests, and product attribution.
- Supporting Retail Discovery Trading through onsite search and recommendation rules.
- Overseeing social content management, including approvals and requests.
- Prioritising workload to meet deadlines, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Streamlining processes and improving efficiency by identifying and implementing better ways of working.
- Aligning team approaches to customer behaviour principles to ensure consistent, site-wide customer journeys.
