HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers on an Temp On-Going basis at our busy Severnside depot. The role consists of deliveries to NDCs, RDCs and trunking work. MMID is part of a well-established and well-known international dairy company with a modern and well looked after fleet.

Immediate starts for successful candidates after passing assessment and induction.

Shifts available:

• AFTERNOON STARTS between 1200 – 1700pm
• Any days of the week to work, 2, 3, 4 or 5 shifts available.

Day pay rates:

• Sunday and Bank Holidays £24.95
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.50

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In-date DIGI and CPC card
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
