A market-leading electrical distributor is looking for a confident and proactive Graduate Business Trainee to join their North West team. You’ll complete a structured rotational training programme, gaining insight into various areas of the business, before progressing in an area that suits your strengths and skills.

The business you will be working for is one of the largest players in their industry with a vast range of customers across industries including hotels/leisure, construction and retail. They turnover £1.7 billion annually, have hundreds of UK locations and are well-established and highly respected.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Business Trainee, you will:

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across different departments, including administration, credit control, customer service, finance, operations and sales.
  • Develop your knowledge of the company’s products, services and customer needs.
  • Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
  • Support operational processes and contribute to business growth.
  • Work closely with the North West Credit Manager and Regional Director.
