As the business continues on a trajectory of global growth, it is seeking a driven, dynamic individual with a proven ability to build strong relationships and identify commercial opportunities. This client-facing role will play a central part in supporting the company’s new business strategy, working across existing accounts and targeting new prospects. The position is part of the client development team and involves close collaboration with company leadership and senior stakeholders. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving growth, cultivating valuable relationships, and securing new opportunities that support the company's broader ambitions. While they will maintain visibility across current clients, their main focus will be identifying, pursuing, and converting new business leads through proactive outreach, inbound enquiries, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading growth efforts: Owns and manages the new business pipeline from initial outreach to pitch and conversion. Champions outreach strategies, responds to briefs, and leads pitch processes that align the company’s strengths with market demand.
- Opportunity development: Works with leadership to nurture relationships with prospects, industry connectors, and brand decision-makers. Identifies emerging trends and opportunities across brand experience, content, culture, and communications.
- Proposal development: Leads the creation of compelling proposals, RFIs, credentials decks, and pitch presentations. Collaborates with creative and strategy teams to shape persuasive responses that win business.
- External representation: Acts as a confident and credible representative of the business at meetings, events, and industry gatherings. Builds trust and maintains a strong network.
- Commercial growth: Aims to exceed revenue targets for new business. Partners with senior leaders to forecast accurately, refine commercial strategy, and strengthen the company’s go-to-market approach.
