Port Operations shall provide logistics support and related services to fully support the US Naval Fleet and other accepted vessels afloat. Support services provided include but are not limited to: Utilities and Fuel hookup coordination services: including but notlimited to telephone service, SIPR/NIPR Net Cable service, and other connections for visiting vessels. Ship waste removal and coordination services Search and Rescue (SAR) service, including coordinating, planning, and execution QUALIFICATIONS Port Operations Manager shall have a SecretClearance at the start of the full performance period.
