As a Senior Environment Artist, you will play a key role in creating innovative, cutting-edge environments for our VR games. By interpreting concept art and style, you’ll craft immersive worlds that push the boundaries of creativity and design, while ensuring they deliver outstanding gameplay experiences., As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for the creation of visually stunning worlds that capture both the look and the artistic style of the project, as well as efficiently satisfying all the technical engine and design requirements., * Design and create remarkable, immersive in-game environments that push the boundaries of VR, interpreting concept art and style in innovative and creative ways to deliver outstanding gameplay.

Take ownership of large sections of the game, from block-out to the final high-quality product.

Collaborate effectively with the wider team, developing visual ideas, accepting constructive feedback, and providing constructive critiques of others’ work.

Mentor and support junior and mid-level artists, helping them grow and improve their skills.

A degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 4+ years of experience in real-time game development.

Proven experience working within a team and adapting to collaborative environments.

Strong knowledge of industry-standard software, including Maya/Blender, Unreal Engine, and Substance.

Solid 3D skills, with a strong understanding of VR-specific limitations and capabilities, as well as the PBR pipeline.

A team player with excellent communication skills, able to critique work with respect and offer constructive feedback.
