m2r Education is seeking experienced online Economics tutors to teach students overseas. These are ongoing assignments where you will conduct 1-2-1 and small group sessions. These roles offer flexibility for teachers to choose days and times that suit their schedules. You must be flexible to work across different time zones.

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching GCSE and A Level Economics is ESSENTIAL
  • Ideally 5 years of full-time, in-school teaching experience where English is the medium of instruction
  • Native-level English communication skills (written and oral). If English is not your first language, IELTS 8.5 or higher is required
  • Recognised teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS)
  • Willingness to create lesson plans and provide timely feedback
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service or police clearance certificate
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Patient, flexible, and highly motivated
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

Start dates are ongoing. The hourly rate varies depending on the assignment, qualifications, and experience. To tutor for m2r Education, ALL tutors must provide proof of teaching qualifications, ID, birth certificate or proof of name change, current DBS/police checks, and contact details for two professional references (one from your current employer). You must also be enrolled in the DBS update service if you live in or have lived in the UK and have completed safeguarding training in the last 12 months. We can provide access to an online safeguarding course if needed. Please refer to our current safer recruitment policy for more information.
