Ringfenced PART TIME roles for care experienced people of any age in Rushden, Northamptonshire paying £12.60 per hour.

Radical Recruit charity partner, John Lewis Partnership, has committed to hiring a minimum of 40 care leavers into their roles this year - and we’re looking for the first four to join their team at one of their Waitrose & Partners stores in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

There are four roles available with varying shift patterns, all paying £12.60 per hour and fixed term until 31st January 2027:

  • Vacancy 1: 19.5 hrs a week, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday 3am-10am (30mins break)
  • Vacancy 2: 19.5 hrs a week, Monday, Friday, Saturday 3am-10am (30mins break)
  • Vacancy 3: 24.75 hrs a week, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11pm-8am (45mins break)
  • Vacancy 4: 24.75 hrs a week, Sunday, Thursday, Friday 11pm-8am (45mins break)
