What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
• Expertise in Inheritance Tax (IHT) products & solutions
• Proven experience in wealth management & working with HNW clients
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Financial Planning and Finance skills – Retirement Planning expertise
• Experience in Investments and Financial Advisor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and organised mindset
• Certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
