• Lead daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest service
• Manage, train, and support a large multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure operational efficiency and service consistency
• Oversee staffing, rotas, and wage control
• Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance
• Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a similar role within high-end accommodation or hospitality
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities
• Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Financial awareness, including budget control and stock management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Desirable:

• Background in hospitality within attractions, wildlife, or themed settings
• Relevant formal qualifications (e.g. Hospitality or Business Management)
