Part Time Financial Controller (Membership Organisation)

The £4m Membership Organisation generating revenues through corporate and individual membership, conferences and events, training courses and advertising, is seeking a hands-on Part Time Head of Finance to report to the MD and the Board. Working part time, 3 – 4 days or short hours across 5 days (hybrid – one day in London), the role will involve: Oversee a team of three finance staff covering ledgers and credit control Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis Lead the annual budgeting process and reforecasting every quarter Manage month end and balance sheet reconciliations on Xero Statutory work including VAT, PAYE, external audit liaison Review and development of financial systems, procedures and controls Liaise with department heads, MD, CEO and the Board This is a friendly and supportive organisation with flexible working hours.
