Deliver group Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes across all levels (beginners to advanced). Conduct 1:1 Gym Based or Reformer sessions using gym-based, functional, and sport-specific protocols tailored to client goals. Carry out client assessments, track progress, and adjust exercise plans accordingly. Apply S&C principles, e.g. load management, movement screening, energy systems training, while integrating core Pilates fundamentals.
Client Relationship Building: Grow and manage your client caseload by building strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Educate clients on form, performance, and recovery, helping them become independent and confident in their physical development. Proactively contribute to client retention through impactful results and an exceptional in-studio experience. Be an active contributor to our Circle of Care by referring clients to allied services (Physio, Clinical Exercise, Massage) when appropriate. Participate in studio team meetings, upholding studio culture and supporting front-of-house and management when needed. Maintain a clean, safe and professional exercise environment both in the studio and gym areas.
Background: Background in Sports Science, Sports Therapy, Rehabilitation, or Strength & Conditioning. Experience delivering high-quality exercise sessions across strength, conditioning, and functional training environments. Previous experience teaching group fitness, Pilates, or movement-based classes (e.g. Reformer, HIIT, circuit, functional mobility). Confident adapting sessions for a range of goals - from injury rehabilitation to performance enhancement. Strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy working face-to-face and building long-term client rapport. Comfortable using data and integrated tech - session tracking, or outcome-based goal-setting frameworks.
Desired Qualifications: Sports Therapy, Sports Science or related degree (desired). Reformer Pilates qualification (preferred, not essential). Certified Reformer Pilates Qualification from recognised bodies such as Scott, BASI, Body Control, Polestar, X Club, Exhale, HFE, APPI, Balanced Body, FRAME, YMCA fit, Future Fit or Virgin academy. Accredited certification from a recognised body such as SST, or BASRaT (desirable). Additional CPD in mobility, biomechanics, strength programming, or clinical exercise is a bonus.
