Role Overview:

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Swindon, you will:

  • Receive full training and mentoring to develop a deep understanding of the UK mortgage and protection markets.
  • Engage clients in initial consultations to assess financial status and mortgage needs.
  • Research and recommend whole-of-market mortgage solutions from an extensive lender panel.
  • Work closely with clients to submit and process mortgage applications efficiently.
  • Communicate regularly with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Deliver exceptional client service from first call to mortgage completion.
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets for high earnings potential.

Candidate Requirements:

  • CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) - essential
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (retail, finance, estate agency, or telesales)

  • Clean credit history and no CCJs

Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
