Our client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to help them through a busy period.

• Minor maintenance jobs
• Delivering parcels
• Moving furniture
• Sweeping / blowing leaves
• Roof checks
• Holding keys to open and close doors
• Event setup
• Basic IT skills required
• Assisting the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, and completion of job sheet allocations.

Experience and skills required for this position:

• Basic DIY skills required.
• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
