Our client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to help them through a busy period.

- Minor maintenance jobs
- Delivering parcels
- Moving furniture
- Sweeping / blowing leaves
- Roof checks
- Holding keys to open and close doors
- Event setup
- Basic IT skills required
- Assisting the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, and completion of job sheet allocations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Basic DIY skills required.
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
