Projects are technically engaging and require a strong site presence. You will be expected on-site 3 to 4 days per week, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring smooth delivery in line with programme and budget.
Key Requirements:
- Proven technical background in M&E or Building Services
- Experience managing M&E projects on occupied sites
