Freelance Project Manager

Project Scope: This hands-on role involves managing the refurbishment of an industrial building, including: * Full internal strip-out and upgrades * Mechanical & Electrical installations * Roofing and cladding works * Structural alterations Key Details: * Location: Oban, Argyll and Bute * Start Date: Mid July 2025 * Duration: 22 weeks * Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required) * Accommodation: Provided or covered if required Requirements: * Proven track record managing industrial refurbishment or similar construction projects * Strong knowledge of M&E, structural works, and building fabric upgrades * Excellent leadership and communication skills * SMSTS or equivalent, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
