Event Operations Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Event Operations Manager to join a team in Edgware (HA8).

This is a key leadership role, overseeing the planning and delivery of all events across sport, hospitality, and community activities.

Location: Edgware (HA8)
Salary: £40,000 basic + £20,000 performance bonus (OTE £60,000)
Hours: 46 hours per week (16 fixed + 30 flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of all site events
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and event-day logistics
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Lead briefings, ensure safety/licensing compliance, and review post-event performance
• Direct line management of the Event Manager

Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking someone with a solid background in stadium or large venue event operations, confident leadership abilities, and strong understanding of crowd control, licensing, and safety regulations.
