I'm currently working with one of the fastest-growing performance marketing teams in the UK, and they're on the lookout for a talented SEO Manager ready to make a genuine impact. If you're someone who lives and breathes SEO, thrives on link acquisition strategy, and loves getting stuck into both the strategic and hands-on side of things - this one's for you. This is a newly created role due to significant team growth, offering you the chance to join an ambitious marketing function and shape the SEO roadmap for the UK market. You'll also get the support of two SEO Execs and collaborate across content, PR, and digital teams to maximise your efforts!

Reporting into the Global Head of SEO, you'll take charge of:

  • Developing and executing cutting-edge link acquisition strategies to support commercial growth.
  • Leading and mentoring two SEO Execs, building team capability and SEO excellence.
  • Analysing performance data and using insight to drive SEO improvements.
  • Collaborating across marketing, content and PR teams to build authority and boost rankings.
  • Staying on top of SEO trends, algorithms, and emerging tech like AI-powered search - keeping the brand at the forefront of organic visibility.

You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, and your ideas will drive genuine business results.

YOU?

  • 3-4+ years' experience in SEO, ideally with a solid track record in link-building and organic growth.
  • A natural leader - confident mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data and making commercial decisions.
  • Good understanding of international SEO and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Creative, proactive and always one step ahead of the algorithm.
