The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
TARCG Aviation is currently looking for an experienced Group Charter Broker to establish and manage a dedicated division with our client based in Central London. The successful candidate will be backed by a commercial and operations team, and will be initially tasked with generating new sales leads and building upon the charters already undertaken.
After a successful six months to agreed targets, you will then be tasked with recruiting additional personnel to grow the division.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within corporate accounts.
- Outreach and make outbound sales calls and prospecting for new clients.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value or key clients.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of each account and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Cross-sell with our Lifestyle department.
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including private aircraft sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and leverage resources effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments and improvements.
- Attend trade shows.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Manage client group charter requests, assisting the CEO in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully with clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of broking in the Group Charter space.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho) and other sales tools to track and manage corporate accounts.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- You will have experience within the Group Charter industry.
- Ability to manage people and recruit.
- Additional languages would be advantageous.
