The Role

• Build relationships with some of the biggest retailers in the world
• Plan and deliver CRM strategy and customer journey mapping
• Work cross-functionally within the Professional Services team alongside CS Directors, CRM Managers, Campaign Managers, ESP professionals and Project Managers.

Requirements

• Deep CRM marketing knowledge and strategy experience
• Retail / eCommerce client experience
• Expertise in CRM / ESP / CDP technologies
