Founded in London in 1989, this organisation works in each nation of the UK and has established partnerships across the globe. They help create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people through campaigns, research, change, and empowerment programmes. They continue to fight for a world where LGBTQ+ people everywhere can live their lives to the full.
As the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of fundraising strategy to support income generation growth for the organisation. Working across all income streams including individual giving, major donors, trusts, and corporate partnerships, this will be an exciting and varied role. It will also work closely with the Director of Programmes and Income, and line manage a Fundraising Manager to deliver income growth.
To be successful as the Head of Fundraising you will have proven experience in securing income from various income streams and at a six-figure level. You will also be able to demonstrate managing a small team and strategic input into fundraising strategy. You will be comfortable working within a collaborative team and share in the organisation's commitment to LGBTQ+ rights and the LGBTQ+ community.
