I am looking to add a Wills, Tax and Probate fee earner to a growing team in Cannock. The team is made up of an experienced partner, a solicitor as well as a paralegal. Join a team that is already incredibly successful.
The position would suit someone who has a good level of experience working with private client matters in a fee earning position. We are seeking someone who is able to work independently on completing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates and have a strong passion for this area of law.
We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their knowledge and in time be able to work on more complex matters such as taxable estates, trusts and asset protection. Work on completing Wills, LPA’s and small to medium non-taxable estates either alone or with supervision. You will have a strong passion for this area of law and be looking to develop your knowledge.
