Job Description:
Our client, a reputable social housing contractor, is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and associated trade works across tenanted and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake all aspects of plastering including skimming, patching, rendering, boarding, and repairs.
Carry out minor multi-trade tasks such as tiling, painting, and basic carpentry where required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
Represent the company professionally while working in occupied homes, maintaining excellent customer service.
Accurately complete job records and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in plastering and general property maintenance.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Plastering) are desirable.
Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle may be provided).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
