Your new role We seek clinical staff interested in palliative and end-of-life care, whether experienced nurses or paramedics or those with other clinical backgrounds willing to learn. The role involves a rota covering a 7-day service, including telephone support, clinics, and home assessments. Our focus is on individualised care, aiming to improve quality of life and patient-centered goals for those with conditions like heart failure, respiratory disease, frailty, neurological conditions, or cancer.
