I'm working with an exciting female founded scaleup who have achieved over £10m in funding and 16x headcount growth in the last 5 years. Now with over 50 thriving UK locations, they are looking to replicate their success on an international scale with a franchised model, transforming a highly profitable but sporadic $20bn market.
For this next phase, technical excellence is imperative for franchising to be a success. From building greenfield features, white-labelling on premises and SaaS products, to internationalisation, scalability and performance - there will be heavy investment in tech.
That's where you come in. We are looking for a Tech Lead, proficient with Typescript and Vue (React/React Native also desirable) to lead a small but growing cross functional technical team and play a crucial part in this next phase of growth. You will be working on a diverse range of tech and projects, from customer facing kiosks to complex backend integrations.
This will be the ideal role for Senior Engineers with coaching and mentoring experience to step up, or an experienced Tech Lead looking for a fresh challenge in a thriving company. You will be leading a team and influencing the technical direction of an award winning, scaling platform.
