Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a care assistant. For this role, you will be supporting a client who would like some companionship and taking them out into the community for days out and socialising. There is no clinical support required for this position.

Here at Advantage Healthcare, we care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

This is a very social package where you would be caring for an elderly gentleman who is a V.I.P in the community. Offering support, companionship, and personal care on a daily basis, involving everyday household duties. You will also be required to escort him to many social events around the area, so having very good communication skills is a plus!
